Revised: Expanded Enterprise Value Spreadsheet

  1. There are some style issues with your spreadsheet. First, remove sheet1 from your title. Use commas in your numbers, and don't have the numbers "wrap"--make the columns wide enough so that the numbers fit nicely. Also, you have not done the IPO EV to current EV comparison, divided by number of years since IPO. Try re-formatting and adding that line and re-submitting for next week.

  2. More formatting: don't use cents except in per share numbers. The GOOG IPO price looks incorrect, although the underwriting was non traditional (which you can read about in their IPO document) there was a fixed price per share that was the final IPO price--I believe it was in the $60 to $70 range, not $135. Revise and re-submit for next week. I will not grade this one.

    2. Change the title.
    3. Shares issued for UA IPO EV are incorrect, try using this link for data:

    4. You have not included all the calculations, for example, there is no "increase in value" row.
